  • We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) such as, but not limited to — Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Markham, Toronto, Hamilton and more! If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, feel free to reach out!

  • Not necessarily! Many clients use lockboxes or provide door codes. Just let us know your preferred method of access

  • Head to the Home Packages or Office Packages page, choose your package and property type, then click Book Now. You can also contact us directly.

  • We ask for at least a 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • The duration of the cleaning depends on the type and size of the space. On average:

    • Residential Clean: 1.5 - 3 hours

    • Office/Commercial Clean: 2 - 4 hours

    • Post-Construction Clean: 3 - 6 hours

    We'll always give you an estimated timeframe when you book.

Cleaning Services:

  • Yes! We bring all necessary equipment and products. Eco-friendly products are included in the Diamond package or can be added to any service.

  • Of course! Every cleaning is customizable. Include details in your booking or contact us beforehand.

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything’s missed, we’ll come back and make it right — free of charge.

  • Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your business needs.

  • Services can include desks, conference rooms, kitchenettes, washrooms, and floors — based on your selected package.

Payments, Pricing & Plans:

  • You can pay by cheque or cash. We also accept e-transfers and can issue invoices.

  • Never. Pricing is transparent and shown in full. Add-ons are optional and clearly listed.

  • Tips are appreciated but not required. You can tip in cash or ask us to add it to your online payment.

  • Yes! We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. Let us know your preference and we’ll assign one of our dedicated teams for recurring services.
